These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all services and offers provided by Anima Atlas, owned by Sven Schneider, a sole proprietorship based in Liestal, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), to both private individuals and businesses (hereinafter referred to as the "Clients").

By booking any service or offer, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Anima Atlas provides services in the areas of:

• Atlaslogy / therapeutic applications

• Coaching and mentoring

• Individual appointments and sessions

• Service packages (e.g., 3-session, 5-session, or 10-session packages)

• Subscription models

The specific scope of services is defined by the respective service description on the website or by an individual agreement.

3. Notice Regarding Therapeutic Services

The services offered are intended to support general well-being and personal development.

They do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment provided by qualified healthcare professionals.

No guarantees of healing, recovery, or specific outcomes are made.

4. Formation of Contract

A contract is concluded through:

• Booking via the website or the integrated Wix booking system;

• Written or verbal appointment arrangements;

• Acceptance of an individual offer.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash payment

• TWINT

• Online payments via the website

Online payments are processed through the payment services available on the website, including Wix Payments and any integrated payment providers.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon provision of the service or in advance.

Anima Atlas reserves the right to refuse or postpone services until full payment has been received.

6. Appointments, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Scheduled appointments are binding.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment time.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, Anima Atlas reserves the right to charge the full session fee.

7. Service Packages and Subscriptions

Purchased packages (e.g., 3-session, 5-session, or 10-session packages) and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments for purchased packages or subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Any applicable validity periods or subscription terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Online Sessions

By individual agreement, Anima Atlas also offers online sessions, including:

• Complimentary introductory consultations;

• Regular sessions for clients who are unable or unwilling to attend in person.

Online appointments are arranged individually, either verbally or in writing.

Anima Atlas is not liable for technical issues on the Client’s side, including but not limited to internet connectivity, hardware, or software problems. If a session cannot take place due to such issues, this shall generally not be considered a valid cancellation.

9. Refund Policy

Payments already made are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Anima Atlas on a case-by-case basis.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Participation in sessions, coaching, mentoring, and any other services is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s own responsibility.

Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the information provided or services received remain solely the responsibility of the Client.

11. No Medical Advice and No Guarantee of Results

The services provided are intended to support well-being and personal development.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, or other professional healthcare treatment.

No medical diagnoses are made, and no guarantees regarding healing, recovery, or specific results are given.

Clients should not discontinue or modify any ongoing medical treatment without consulting the appropriate healthcare professional.

12. Confidentiality

All personal information disclosed during the course of the professional relationship shall be treated confidentially.

Information will only be disclosed to third parties:

• With the explicit consent of the Client;

• Where required by law;

• Where necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship.

13. Minors

Services for minors may only be provided with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Anima Atlas reserves the right to request proof of such consent.

14. Liability

All services are used at the Client’s own risk and responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anima Atlas excludes liability for direct or indirect damages.

In particular, Anima Atlas shall not be liable for:

• Individual decisions or actions taken by Clients;

• Failure to achieve desired personal or health-related outcomes;

• Technical disruptions affecting online sessions;

• Damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Clients.

Liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected.

15. Force Majeure

If services cannot be provided due to force majeure, governmental actions, illness, accidents, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Provider’s control, no claim for damages shall arise.

Appointments will be rescheduled where reasonably possible.

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

17. Amendments to These Terms

Anima Atlas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, shall be Liestal, Switzerland.
